I added 4 raw photos from my 14PM and now the app crashes 5 seconds after launching, every time. It’s a real shame that I’ll not end up using their platform.
I was testing out this app because I am shooting in RAW format on my iPhone 14. Well, I can’t test further after importing 14 RAW photos. It crashes and disappears moments after I open the app. It was working fine when I had 8 RAW photos imported. Sorry, if it is unreliable, it cannot be good.
Great software but too much mugs, take too long to synced I have to leave it over night and I just sync 3gb of data with 1g internet connection placing iPad Pro (m1 version) close to router. There is no way to selected a file or folder you don’t want to sync anymore or delete a file.It is still seeing computers that is no longer showing on the desktop software

The free features are good. But the paid features aren’t worthwhile, considering the cost.
I’m an ON1 Photo Raw 2021 user and wanted to try the mobile version. I’ve experienced crashing s in the middle of my editing for no apparent reason. Not able to recover the work done prior to crashing. Is there a solution to recover the last edited version as on the desktop version ?
Why does a photo app need my email and an account before I can even look at it?
I completed the survey a week ago. I didn’t understand the system then. Since I have connected two iPads, an iPhone and a Nikon D300. I’m sold. I’m interested in photo stories using Atavist’s long form story books. With ON1 I and Atavist I’m able to write stories using albums from anywhere and not lose control of my stories. Keep up the good work! Alan Williams Vancouver, Canada
Nice app but the lack of geolocation capability is a serious shortcoming IMO.
