Forum tab is busted
Even after the most recent updates the forum tab still lands you at the full service list of teams rather than taking you to your favorite team forum as a default. This was something that used to work properly but has been broken for some time now. Also have the login/out issue on closure as others have mentioned. Please fix. It’s becoming unusable and contemplating cancellation. I’m not on the website enough to get value from this without a functioning app.

love the app, but I constantly get signed out. It's starting to get frustrating at this point.
The Bugs Never Get Fixed
This app has issues, and it makes me wonder if the dev team would rather subscribers use the mobile version of the website. The one thing that has been consistent is that I have to log back in at least once per day, which is incredibly annoying. The second thing is I used to be able to access my team forums from the forum button at the bottom. With the most recent update, however, when I press that button I have to navigate through all of the teams until I get to mine. Not all that inconvenient if my team starts with A. But it doesn’t. Overall, this app wastes my time even more unnecessarily than arguing over my favorite college’s sports teams.
Logged out of the app
With today’s release, now every time that I close and relaunch the app I am logged out and when I log back in my favorite teams aren’t saved.
Logout Problems
The app is pretty good, but my account gets logged out 2-3 times a day. Honestly if those problems were resolved I’d give 5 stars.
Login issues
Constantly open the app to find my account logged out. Not a good experience. This app needs work.
Constantly logs me out
The app logs me out every few days, which is really annoying. Resets everything.
Needs better navigation
I enjoy the content in the app, but it has two glaring usability issues. First, it’s constantly signing me out. It’s annoying to be forced to sign in over and over when I want to quickly view content. Second, it feels like it’s designed to get users to try to engage with all the sub-sites. Here’s the thing — most sports fans follow a single team. I follow Kentucky and subscribe to KSR+. So when I open the app, I want to go directly to either KSR, KSR+, or to the KSR+ forums. Instead, the app takes me to a generic Kentucky feed and makes me go to the hamburger menu to navigate to fan sites and then to KSR+, and then back to the hamburger again to find KSBoards. It’s incredibly annoying — so much so that I’m about to unsubscribe. Fix these fundamental navigation issues, and I’ll stay subscribed. Otherwise, the app is too annoying to keep using.
Love VolQuest
I love the On3 app for getting all my VolQuest news. The app works great and I never see bugs. Great job ON3!
