How Once Upon works:

OUR PHOTO BOOKS
You select the format of your book once you’ve created your content. We have three alternative formats: Softcover Medium, Hardcover Medium and Hardcover Large. You can also choose to go with glossy or silk matte paper.

OUR PHOTO PRINTS
Get started on a collection made of high-quality paper you’ll definitely want to keep. Our prints are available in the 13x18 cm size, and you can choose to make them in matte or semi-gloss paper. The format will adjust to either landscape or portrait depending on your photo.

Bad quality

Not really satisfied with the quality of the pictures, actually the photo on the book cover is in a very bad quality. I am so frustrated having this photo book for that price! It’s insane!
