Estuve buscando la App en castellano y no la pude encontrar y me parece muy extraño que esté solo en inglés. UNA PENA !!!

Ya a esta altura podria estar en idioma español como cualquier otra app. Gracias

Doesn't work…cant get it link with network and/or app

My OnCue has been disconnected for weeks and I’ve called and talked to a human and they could not help. They said they would “get back to me” I’m still waiting!!! I emailed and only got a computer generated response not specific to my issue. They just don’t care!!!

The new manager system is very difficult to use

The app logs you out and then does not accept your password. When you receive the reset code and attempt to enter it, the app shuts down so you can’t reset the password. This has happened to me numerous times and Koehler does nothing to fix the bug. Then they tell you it’s your cache vs getting the app to work like the rest of the world… what’s worse is I spent all the money for the remote alerts and had no idea I was logged out. Horrible.

Worked fine for a few years. Now the login page doesn’t work.

Receiving notifications when the generator runs is extremely helpful and a requirement for me since my generator is installed at a remote location. The new kohler energy management app does not send notifications. I will not switch to it until they fix this huge deficiency.

It never works !!!
