Every time I try to get a world it’s says it failed and I don’t know how to fix it, it doesn’t work

A few months ago the game let me unstall them but now they dont let me play the addons
It’s so hard
I tried it like 20 times and I still don’t know how to do it. I’m 10 and I have been doing it for now an hour and I still don’t know how to get it done so if somebody can put a comment if they find out how to do it put a comment and I’ll come read it. I really need help. Super Duper hard I do not recommend.
