Continues to crash unable to update ultrex

Zero Stars If I Could
None of the maps load. Downloaded offline maps and subscribed to the VX charts but nothing shows up. When trying to view charts, the “preparing chart” wheel spins for hours with nothing. Hard closing the app along with signing out and logging back in does nothing.
Why?
I have the Minn Kota Ultera with the ipilot link feature but the One-Boat Network app doesn’t connect to the Ultera only to learn the app is not compatible with trolling motors with ipilot link? Is this true and if so why?
Horrible
Beyond frustrated with this app… constantly crashes or freezes. And updates are a nightmare too. Years behind Garmin when it comes to a user friendly App.
Junk
Takes forever to download and won’t save what you downloaded. Lag, Lag, Lag…. 2 Days of the Free Trial wore me out I’m sure not going to pay for it!
Hummingbird has removed all bought maps
I bought a lake map last year for 25$ and now it’s gone. Can’t view anything on this app. Trash

If the app worked as advertised it would be 5 stars easy. App works until you are Bluetooth connected to your fish finders and as soon as you open the update screen the app crashes, also as soon as I click to view charts to stays on the loading screens and never loads. Great concept, bad execution. Just something else to note, the update screen crashes didn’t happen until after I was able to use the app to update my fish finders and trolling motor. I tried redownloading the app several times and it does not change

Every time I open it up, it crashes.
Was good
I’ve used this app to aid in my fishing experience and now the maps will no longer load in chart view. Just sits there with “preparing chart.”
