One Call Taxis

Don’t use this company I’ve had SO many issues with them over the last 3 weeks. None of them will take you unless your journey is more than 15 minutes, we decided to walk to the taxi rank instead where 6/8 taxis were one call and ALL drivers said they wouldn’t take me because the drive was too short (7 minutes drive but 25 minutes for me to have walked and it was late at night as a woman this is unsafe). They ALL said they supposedly didn’t take card and were all cash only, on weekends they’re all magically taking card. Multiple drivers cancelled so many times and even when I ring they said one is on our their way and it takes 15 minutes minimum! I also have my name in the app as a man’s name for extra safety and every driver I’ve managed to get has asked me “who’s *insert the man’s name I use*” like this is any of their business for one and two I find it very invasive.

Can’t even sign in to the new app now 🫤

I booked taxi and that time the price of journey showing £6 and i got the confirmation email also of £6 but I end up paying £10.20 at end of journey. So not happy at all

The NEW One Call app is rubbish - it won’t let me input other destinations apart from HOME and work❗️ Why couldn’t addresses already inputted in the old app be automatically transferred to new app❓How hard is that to do❓

where have all our rewards gone that we saved up??

This app is trash - stop sending me notifications

So I book a taxi two days in advance to go from train station to airport. 5 minutes before pickup, One Call ring. “There’s no taxis” “What do you mean no taxi’s - I’ve booked one and you sent me a confirmation” “Oh just because you’ve booked one doesn’t mean we have one” “What’s the point in booking then ?” “There isn’t a point really” ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS - DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE If I could give zero stars - or even minus stars - I would.

App isn’t working

App won’t open can’t even book a taxi, please fix this asap
