Yet another extremely poor performance shown by government platform. It doesn't even show busses on the designated route. They are always zero in number. God knows why government made this app. Total waste of time. Why don't they develop proper Sop for launching an app. They should do some UAT before launching the app. I believe that part was skipped by them. What does the government do of taxes which we pay every year. They just use it to filling their pockets.

Sorry per ap Ki app iPhone (ios) m Thik se work Nahi Karti bar bar koi Nahi koi dikkat aati hi rehti hai.

This aap not working properly in this app every time time route searching and bus stop searching issue I worried to issue I’ll suggest to app developer please solve this issue

Bad service

While Ticket purchase amount is not showing and show that something went wrong please try again later and check the network 😑 in full range or network.

This app is so slow and giving only one payment option which is Paytm it should be more convenient and versatile.

In IOS there is problem in get current route when i put bus no. They even don’t get current route even i try to fill route it can’t show the route and there is also problem in payment time so I request to backend developer team please take action on that so that customer satisfied and it help full for customer. Please take action

I was travelling in Bus no DLPD4607 whose Route no is 706 ..I bought an online ticket around 9:03 am from one Delhi app from Dhaula Kuan to ito..but after completion of payment I received a ticket from Delhi gate to kapeshera border .Again I tried after few seconds i still got the same wrong ticket i.e, delhi gate to kapeshera. so please refund my Rs 27 ( 13.5*2 ). I m also not able to register a complaint in app.
