One For All Setup FAQ
Is One For All Setup free?
Yes, One For All Setup is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is One For All Setup legit?
⚠️ The One For All Setup app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
App stops pairing with remote constantly. Even when it does, it doesn’t allow me to enter model numbers of devices. I bought the remote to help me set up multiple pieces of equipment but the remote itself doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do so I’m not surprised the app is also non functional.
works 40% of time
Used the app to set up my new one for all remote. It was able to set up my LG TV and AT&T cable box, unable to set up Apple TV, Sony sound bar and Sony blu-ray player. Also unable to enter model numbers via the app(keyboard wouldn’t appear). Probably steer clear of this remote
Useless
If you somehow manage to stumble through the vague instructions provided by this app, the physical remote is useful, if not overly intuitive. The app, however, is total crap. The basic premise seems to be "Okay, you bought our remote, thanks. Here are some inconsistent, illogical instructions that will leave you wanting to throw the remote against a wall. That's okay, we have your money. Have a great day!"
App badly needs updating
Glitches and not very helpful in key areas like going to pair the remote to app it says “if pairing for the first time…” I’m not pairing for the first time, I just want to pair the remote. Can’t find any help on that. Just one of many things that’s frustrating with the app.
Fairly pointless
It simplifies pairing the remote to the tv but none of the other features (like macros) are programmable in the app. Crummy and pretty pointless.
Half-Baked Crap will work better
Got newer TV, Apple TV, brand new DVD player and a 3 year old sound bar and setup was absolutely horrible. Tried finding help on You Tube, and still no help, returned tge piece of crap!!!!
Doesn’t work
Will not pair to my Samsung tv. Have had multiple users try it it eliminate user error and it will not pair
Ugh
My remote will not connect
Not the OFA assistant for antenna setup
Though this has the same name this is only for remotes, not their antenna products. And don’t bother downloading that app either, the app crashes everytime you pick and antenna and the antenna so far has found 0 channels even though my other antenna could find them no problem.
