One Minute Pause

This app has helped me slow down and make room in my life for what is of greatest importance. It’s gentle, strong and glorifies God as the healer of and deepest need of the human soul.

The pictures, the music, the Scripture, the different voices, and the cadence of each day is exactly what my heart mind and soul needed. Well done. I’ve shared this with so many of my friends. It’s well worth the short time commitment. I’m restarting it again with a few others.

I am so thankful for John and Stacy’s ministries! My life is so much more fulfilling getting to know Jesus. John’s approach for getting to know our saviors personality and how much he loves us, has enriched my life in so many ways. I wish this is how they preach from the pulpit. If you are looking to go deeper with your relationships and heal your brokenness, this is a great place to start.

This is what I was looking for, to remind me that Jesus, God, and the Holy Ghost loves me and it taught me to start loving myself and trust in God in all things. I gave myself to God creator of Heaven and Earth. Thank you Lord, Thank you Jesus, Thank you God….and Thank you the Holy Ghost I Love You Lord, I Love You Jesus, I Love You God!

This interactive app provided me with guidance and practices to strengthen my oneness with Jesus. I will continue to use them every day to meaningfully be with Jesus and be transformed by his presence within me.

The 30 started out for me with an unsettled mind. Trying to “let it go” for 10-12 minutes was very difficult. My mind would constantly wander. As the days went on, the repetition of letting go and quietly spending time with my savior, Jesus, became more real and personal. I don’t want to give this up! I will continue to pause each day so as to not let the world and its busyness cause me to forget the love of my Lord and savior.
