As a physician, (now retired) I often was in the position of helping young physicians deal with the stresses of training and caring for patients. Boroson’s concept, starting “small” with taking just a moment to meditate, is easily acceptable to those who feel they don’t have time for a typical 20 minute or more session. But just as he promises, moments grow! I love this app and have shared it widely.

I have an Apple Watch that notifies you to be mindful but it is just a visual, no voice. I really like this little app as it remind you at a set time or to surprise you. The little guy and the directing voice on the app makes you feel like they are with you.Very well spoken guidance and it is cute. Just try it.
