No support/contact, resulting in double payments
Just downloaded the app and went for a one-year subscription. However, the app kept staying in trial mode, not unlocking paid features. I’ve tried to find support (in the app and online) but nothing to be found…. So I went back to subscriptions, thinking the first attempt didn’t work. Now went for a monthly subscription. That works, features are unlocked, but I pay double for the app and cannot find any support to undo that. I really don’t like these apps not being transparent and reachable for support. If one of the team reads this, please get back to me asap!
