I sent a request for opening an account about two months ago, some time after a bank representative called me and confirmed that everything is ok and they will call me later to explain further actions. Since that they haven't called or written me. I won't be a client for this bank sonce it doesn't pay any attention to client relations.
1. It got stuck at scanning face. Just opens the screen again with no reason. 2. No English. All in hebrew

Disgusting optimization of the application, during the registration process you can catch a dozen errors from scratch. The bank's policy is not clear at all – new repatriates are automatically refused to open an account after hundreds of questions

that's not a new bank with revolution technology. it's another old fashion bank such leumi which is only in Hebrew. such a shame. just check what Tinkov bank did. try to copy at least half of that.
I’m a citizen, resident of TLV. With a good credit history with Leumi etc. but no… after raping me with hundred of question I was refused. Ok.
I was answering questionnaire for 50 minutes (tons of personal confidential questions) just to see the broken heart emoji 💔 in the end with a short message, regretting that they cannot open account for me automatically. What should i do next? After investing so much time to this so-called digital banking revolution. Feeling angry 😡 and annoyed 😤
