Kaikki ominaisuudet tuntuvat toimivan aika huonosti
Sovellus ei toimi
Sovellus ei kerta kaikkiaan vaan toimi. Hyväksyy sähköpostin ja salasanan, mutta ei lataa etusivulta yhtään mihinkään. "Kirjautuminen onnistui, ladataan sisältöä" pyörinyt kohta 20 minuuttia.
Häiriöilmoitusta ei pysty tekemään missään.
Huono ohjelma
Toimii, mutta käyttökokemuksessa paljon kehitettävää
Sovellus toimii, ainakin siltä osin että näen taloyhtiön tiedotteet ja pystyn tekemään varauksia sekä pääsen varaamaani tilaan. Mutta näen lukuisia kehittämiskohteita sekä sovelluksen teknisessä toteutuksessa että käyttökokemuksessa. Olin aiemmin yhteydessä yritykseen tarjoten omaa, useiden vuosien kokemusta ohjelmistokehityksestä, mutta en koskaan saanut asiaani vastausta. Sovelluksessa on hieno idea kyllä taustalla ja onkin harmi ettei tätä potentiaalia hyödynnetä täydessä mittakaavassa.
Miten voikin jokin toimia tänäpäivänä näin surkeasti

tämä on oikeasti aivan järkyttävä sovellus
Saunakoodit täysin väärät, melkein kaikki ohjeosiot ammottaa tyhjyyttään, ja en nähtävästi ole ensimmäinen enkä toinen joka samaa kirjoittelee niin haluaisikohan joku yrittää korjata asiaa?
Käyttökokemus
Miten voi olla näin toimimaton appi…vuonna 2024. Olen käyttänyt vastaavia sovelluksia yli 25 vuotta ja käyttökokemus tästä on vain yhden tähden arvoinen. Ilmoittaa, että salasanan vaihto onnistui, mutta sisäänkirjautuminen epäonnistuu toistuvasti.
