Needs frequent UPDATES!
The app and the credit union are amazing! However, here are some things that could be done better to suit the app and the customers. Add dark mode it helps a lot! Have the number font for the balance in bigger font. Add support for principal only payments to loans only way to do this is via chat. Last but not least, add frequent updates to the app. It’s a bank after all and needs security!!

Bank grade app.
I sometimes think of credit unions as WalMart style “banking”. And with that usually comes 2nd rate apps. Not this one. The only reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5, I travel for work a lot. So I use a VPN. This app doesn’t like connecting through a VPN. And usually won’t connect at all. Turn off WiFi and VPN and just use the app over cellular.
Zelle
I love my credit union. The only thing I don’t like is that sometimes it take a couple of days to receive a Zelle from me. It’s my money! It should be instantly. I live 75 miles from the credit union and sometimes I gotta pay now.
Easy
It’s such a friendly app. Makes banking from anywhere possible.

Chat button doesn’t work. They randomly stalled my check deposit
