OneBlood Donor App

This app used to work ok , not great. But now it doesn’t work at all I’ve missed 2 appts because of this app. Nobody can help , ever since OneBlood took over it’s run so horrible. I’m not sure if I even want to donate anymore

When I launch the app lately, it asks me to enter my user name and password, which were previously saved. If this was due to the last update, it should be fixed to eliminate this need. When I try to make an appointment, I have to hunt on a map to find the donor center I always use. One should be able to enter a zip code and have nearby donor centers pop up in order of proximity. It must be updated to use FaceID to login! I don’t remember my password or have time to look it up every time I want to schedule a donation, and this has delayed my scheduling appointments at a time when there are blood shortages. The app desperately needs to be updated to use Face ID. There is currently a shortage issue at one blood, and I wanted to check when I last donated, but since I could not login, I could not check in, therefore could not donate.

If I could rate this app I would! I am a regular platelet and blood donor to one blood and to make my appointments through the Internet, and I was happy to download the app, thinking it would be useful, however, it’s proven to be annoying and totally useless! the app doesn’t work! Having an account and logging in it does nothing I’ve deleted it and read downloaded it and it still doesn’t work! It’s inconvenient to make an appointment. I prefer doing it online and I end up having to go through the email that I get from one Blood and that link rather than able to use the app. Fix it or get rid of it.

Unable to reach server error. Cannot use app at all. Website works fine though. Junk app and waste of time to try

This is by far the worse app I’ve had. Always issues with it and now it simply doesn’t log me in. After I input my username and password it just stays there doing nothing. I thought it was only mine so my husband tried. Same thing. It is the app.

I entered my username and password and hit login but nothing happens.

App is not usable. As soon as you open it you’ll get an “Unable to reach server” error and can’t login.

Why must I log-in with my user id and pw every time I use the app?

Used to be great, now can't even log in. Support desk is not helpful. This is negatively affecting my ability to donate.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The app simply won’t log me in. Keeps saying unable to reach server. Super unintuitive
