Wonderful app for getting services on time
The concerned company said repair request was not booked
Lodged a complaint for service of a HItTACHI AC. No communication from OneDios beyond giving a complaint number. No customer support. A day before the scheduled visit, I called a Hitachi directly just to confirm - and they said they don’t have a service request from me. Don’t know who is at fault - but their service did not work.
App Has issues
The App has issues. It does not delete past pending requests because of which new requests are not taken. Overall bad experience
Pathetic
This is a pathetic app. Raise a request and nothing will happen even after 4 days. You can’t escalate, can’t talk to anyone. Nothing works - OEMs also request you to directly raise complaints with them rather than on this app. Serious waste of time and effort. And then they will send their canned responses.
Poor response
Very poor response. First they don’t respond and then when a service person is allotted for a particular time he did not report at time and gives excuses that was busy on earlier pending calls.
Cant help with OEM services
Have requested for AC service and cooling check, nobody called on the scheduled date and still after 3days its pending. I hope they are unaware of the kind of weather we have in delhi
Good app
Being male and living in PG is difficult, and a defect in the Havells LED light and a technical issue with the Prestige induction added additional layers of difficulty. I appreciate OneDios' prompt resolution of the issue.

Without calling customer service, I made a service request for Daikin and received the ticket number on whtsapp within 5 seconds
