If you pay too late, you are not able to go to the locations. However, they still charge you! So I paid for two month but couldn’t go one whole month. Horrible app, horrible service! Don’t recommend! Use ClassPass!

Downgrade the membership
The Team just downgraded the membership of the App. With a full membership you will now be only able to go to 16 workout a month, which seems sudden, in-transparent and unfair for existing customers. I am actually sad, because this service would be significantly less relevant to a lot of people. Please undo this change, if possible! Regards, Roman

Terrible app. As usual in the Netherlands, costumer service doesn’t work and they take even 48 hours to reply. They charged me even when I cancelled my membership and then said I have to contact them 10 days before cancel. Mm. For sure, Classpass still the best option
Check-In lädt nicht/fehlgeschlagen!
Das Reservieren des Kurses hat heute Nachmittag im Zug einwandfrei funktioniert. Als ich jedoch 3h später vor dem Yoga-Studio stand, war mein reservierter Kurs plötzlich nicht mehr in der App gelistet, ein Check-In gar nicht möglich - und das bei vollem Empfang! Obwohl ich aufgetaucht bin, konnte ich nicht am Kurs teilnehmen, weshalb mir jetzt eine No-Show-Gebühr von 10€ abgebucht! Das ist unglaublich ärgerlich!
OneFit itself is great - the app is a Desaster
Please fix the issues with the app. I love OneFit but it is the most unstable app on my phone . Always problems with showing courses etc , always loading , etc . It is not fun and frustrating to deal with this app
Super app met wat bugs
Ik vind de app super, heb alleen een paar hickups - het inchecken doet het vaak moeilijk als ik bij een locatie ben. Dan moet ik de app meerdere keer opstarten voordat het werkt. Ook heb ik het vaak dat het rooster of de locaties niet geladen worden, dan moet ik de app ook meerdere keer volledig afsluiten voordat die het doet. Een ding dat ik mis: als je favorieten bij de lessen toevoegt kan je die niet meer terugvinden als ze afgelopen zijn, heel jammer als dat bij een locatie is die je zelf niet als favoriet kan opslagen (soms gebeurd dat, snap niet waarom dat eigenlijk kan). Ik zou het dus fijn vinden als je ook afgelopen lessen terug kan zien en locaties die alleen af en toen lessen aanbieden als favoriet kan opslagen i.p.v. allen de les die na afloop niet meer bestaat. Verder alles prima en duidelijk, bedankt voor de fijne app en super idee!

Ich liebe ONE FIT ❤️💪🏼 es macht einfach nur Spaß und ist toll organisiert! Es gibt so ein riesen Angebot an Kursen und Studios - ich bin begeistert 😃 Danke 🙏🏻
Mangel
Was sehr schade ist, das man nur 4 mal im Monat zum gleichen Spot gehen kann. Je nachdem was man macht wären 8 mal im Monat am gleichen Spot sehr viel angenehmer. Auch das man das freie Training im Gym nicht täglich oder 2-3 mal die Woche nutzen kann, ist ärgerlich. Somit wäre man viel flexibler und muss sich nicht ständig einen neuen Spot suchen
