Oneiros CBTI

Support for insomnia treatment

Published by: Oneiros Therapies Oy

Description

The Oneiros application facilitates CBT-I treatment of insomnia between the patient and the healthcare professional. It is based on years of clinical experience and research into the treatment of insomnia. The sleep diary in the user-friendly Oneiros application helps and encourages the patient throughout the treatment process. It calculates and sends statistics on sleep diary variables such as total sleep time and sleep efficiency to the hospital for the therapist to review. This is a very useful feature, especially if you want to provide effective and high-quality remote care. The app can also be used to assess sleep in a variety of clinical and research settings.
