C606 BIKE COMPUTER
My new (C606)bike computer cannot connect the app. Both my phone(IPhone 13 & Samsung flip 3). I have tried install and reinstall the app but still cannot connect with my new C606 bike computer. For info I have C406 bike computer and it connect with the app. Why the new C606 bike computer only can be connect with bar code when the bike computer have ( bar code and serial number on the back ) . Why cannot use the serial number to connect with the apps ?. Please Onelapfit(Magene) help on the problem.
Can’t connect to phone
Initially I am excited but sadly can’t manage to set up the device by connecting with the phone by QR code. Please solve this issue asap please. Very disappointing
Upload activities issue!
Device to app upload successfully but activities not showing on app. Worst app, no chance to upload activities when app is broken. Magene your devices are great but we can’t upload activities. It’s useless!!
Unable to upload
Keep re upload the data, but doesn’t show the latest in the app. All my rides wasted. Please fix this bug asap
Lousy apps pls improve it
Cannot connect onto my bike com at all , I tried thousand time pls fix it disappointing
Weird arrangement
It work fine for months until April 2022. It disallow magene device to pair with onelapfit and force you to use their Chinese version. Avoid using and buying magene product unless you enjoy the same headache.
Crashes
Crashes all the time when trying to download data from device
Calories counter not accurate
Hi the calories counter not accurate after latest firmware upgrade. Before the upgrade it was more accurate. My usual ride used to burn 1200 calories. But after upgrade it shows only 300 plus calories. Pls kindly fix this.
Problems authorizing Strava
Unable to authorize Strava in OneLapFit. Keep getting errors.
