Very poor response and poor business practices.
I have tried to cancel the subscription 4 times and have not gotten a response. Not a way to run a business. I'll update. It seems the folks running this app have good intentions. Maybe now they have improved their systems. They say the tried to contact me 4 times. Usually it is easy to cancel a free trial or a subscription. If you are interested in their app, give it a try.

Friendly and gentle!
Love the hand holding and the breadth of material! Surprisingly high production quality. Comes across as genuine and sincere and as I start with qigong and mindful, nourishing movement, this has been the best app I’ve tried.
