Rubbish and drains battery

No facility for client login. Have to go via internet for family login. Once you are in you can not see carer notes. This does not facilitate notes being left with client. This does not comply with the Care Act 2014/19. Numerous emails sent with no response. Software is a glorified excel spreadsheet.

Always asking location on , it’s take your all phone battery drain in 2-3 hours , 24/7 using always your location , must have to consider about location while open app using location ok but why always , it’s bad effect on mobile battery or provide your on mobile phone for use this app. Thanks

Since the last update on IOS this app has been awful. No connection or poor connection at best. Log in then 10 mins later tells you your late. Disappearing notes. And unexpected log outs. At the moment on my iPhone 14 pro max running IOS 17 this app is useless.

The app is fully logging me out which makes life really difficult and also new update is not providing the details on the scheduled hours of clients. Really annoyed

This app is really good but with the recent update, though it’s much easier to login with the pin, when I use the Face ID option, I keep getting “Poor connection unable to process request 2”. I have an active 5g and also use a Wi-Fi.

In new update there is lot of bugs can for iphone user

Since update app is terrible fully logs me out during my shift

After last update the app is totally useless and doesn't work. Message "poor connection" keep on popping up tho my connection is either 5g or WiFi. Please do something about it

This app was updated long time ago but we the users need some advanced features with new style. So please update the app once again.
