Good and bad
The company is great, I’ve been with OnePoll for years and always had the payout within a couple of weeks. Customer service are very responsive and helpful. However, the app isn’t great. If you try to request a payment through the app, it doesn’t work; you have to go through the website as you get a pop up screen to enter your bank details, which doesn’t happen through the app. It accepts your payment request but it will never materialise. You also can’t keep track of your payment requests, and you have to open each survey twice before it works. Can’t fault the company, but could do with a bit of development on the app.
