Not the best

Not happy about excessive booking charge not laid out before booking. Booking a car via the app had me holding to confirm for over 20 mins and drained my phone battery.

Scammers cheap flight best deals? Don’t think so

Don’t ever book anything from this agency. They are scammers. Do some research online before u book anything from this agency. I booked 3 tickets from Adelaide go Melbourne, They charged me $500 more than I could’ve bought from the official airline site. There are many hidden fees which they never mention.

Fantastic!

Not suitable in Australia 🇦🇺

I booked from their website and it was not the best choice as I was convinced when I asked for a refund. I was charged for extra international transfer twice( booking the ticket and for the refund). I booked another ticket with almost the same long flight and same airlines, and it was cheaper by more than $200( AUD).!

Easy but not easy

I find very easy to book it but now that I need to get my money back for a fly I missed is definitely not that easy. Harder than I thought.

Pricing

Easy to book through but price doesn’t convert to AUD until it appears on credit card statement. Cheap flights end up being more expensive because of fees

Very mixed results.

Overall look and feel is good. Easy to connect to your bookings and the information is clear. BUT massive fail on the flight status. It's still saying my husband's flight is on time for a 1:37pm departure and the flight is actually currently delayed by bad weather and expected to depart at 4:50pm. This is a major fail. But the rest of the App is genuinely very good.
