Can’t change my region to Spain, where I live, unless i pay. Only gives me London as an option. Can’t delete my account. Says I have to get in touch. I can’t read any of the privacy or t&cs - get “can’t get x” error message. No contact/help option. Useless.

One Zone is the best app for finding quality restaurants near you! I love the London edit and One Zone has never failed me - would highly recommend

Love all the recommendations, perks and access to soft openings with a discount. If you like good food, this app should be front and centre on your phone!

I use the app religiously to feed my obsession with London’s hospitality scene. One quick tip - would love if your brought back the “Activity” tab so you could see where your friends were loving. X

Not only has this app enticed me to want to go to different countries to try out their cuisines, but its recommendations are not only luxurious, but the attention to detail even in the accommodations is exquisite. They have carefully curated high quality photos to represent each place. Just the use of this app and its overall experience cannot be criticised.

Gave them my bank details to charge me for premium. After a month I wanted to cancel and there is literally no way to?? Contacted their social media’s and customer support with no response. After 2 years of having 3.99 taken from my account every month I had to phone my bank and they finally cancelled the subscription. Shoddy company, would not recommend to anyone.

I love the recommendations and I’m a premium member but I have one very frustrating issue. Whenever I use the map feature and want to search places in a specific area (that is not where I am) it always bring my search back to the area in which I am. I would be very happy if this was fixed

Every since the map features became a “premium” feature, I’ve rarely used this app and found it useless.

As a Londoner I can often get overwhelmed by the amount of choice there is out there, or just stick to reliable favourites. I’ve really wanted to branch out on where I go out since the pandemic, and One Zone is such a great app to introduce you to reliably brilliant places. I’m a premium member and excited to start getting involved in the preview nights which get you 50% off! With London prices what is not to love!?
