I had loaded ₹300 in this app. I am logging in after a long time and the message is popping up as user inactive. I couldn’t make payments as many merchants said they are not using this. My money is stuck.

Will not work with location services turned off

This app is a total disappointment,the thought of having this app made me happy but it keeps saying transaction failed over and over again after I filled in my details 8 times...please do something about it quick,such an unprofessional crash!!!
