忙しい人は選択肢から外れる
配達時間が守られないのと遅れる事も通知・連絡来ないのでいつ届くか分からず家から出れない事になるので注意。 サポートはテンプレートしか返ってこないので意味なし。 送料も他のネットスーパーは無料になるのにいくら買っても送料がかかるのはマイナス点。 今のところ普通のネットスーパーの劣化版で選択肢にも入らないが改善されれば便利になると思うので今後に期待。
ようやく
これまで何度やってもSMSで認証コードが届かずサポートに相談しても解決しないので利用を諦めてたけど、新バージョンでメール認証が追加されてようやく使えるようになりました。きっと同じようなトラブルが多かったんだろうけど、もっと早く対応して欲しかった。今後はせいぜい利用させて貰います。
注文確認メールは来ない
ネットでの注文は確認メールが来るものと思っていたけど、特にそういうのは無くてアプリ内で確認できるだけだった。 一度注文時にエラーになったので、アプリ内でしか確認できないのはちょっと不安。 あとはどのネットスーパーでも同じだけど、カテゴリー分けが微妙で探しにくい商品もある。 カテゴリーじゃなくてタグで検索できたらうれしいんだけどな。 欠品時の対応を細かく指定できるのはありがたい。
残念
感染症で外に出られないのでネットスーパーを利用したが欠品が多く結局外に出るはめになって手間もお金もかかることに。欠品があるなら最初から売り切れにしておいて欲しい。もー利用しないかな
許せません。
メニュー表には販売している様に見えますが、実際には欠品しているものが多く、実際に届く商品は少ないです。届く時間も予定より3時間待たされるのが当たり前。もう2度と頼みません。

杖の生活なので買い物にもいけず、ましてや体調も悪くどうしようと出ずに今回お世話になりました。やっと4日ぶりの食事ができました。助かりました。ありがとうございました。
助かるシステム
2024年12月22日現在 大幅リニューアルに伴う送料等料金変更に関しまして 少額手数料がいくらなのか利用規約を見ても分かりづらく 問い合わせをするつもりでした。が お問合せをタップしますと アプリが終了してしまいます。 何度やっても同じです。問い合わせ方法を教えてください。
登録できない
初めてアプリを入れ、登録をしようと住所を入れるとアプリが落ちる。 何度やっても同じ。 登録しないと進めないので、使いようがない。 ヨーカドーがネットスーパー撤退してしまうので利用したいのに、困る。
個人情報の管理に不安あり
キャンペーンにつられて試しに使いましたが、以下の点からアプリの完成度がイマイチでした。 1.古いiOS13では商品の画像が出ず使い物になりません。アプリの性質上致命的です。サポート外にした方がよいです。 2.iOS16で決済に使うクレジットカード入力欄で入力した文字が表示されません。 意図的な仕様かも知れませんが、せめて●表示にするべきです。 さらにクレジットカード情報を保存しないと、先に進めない仕様なので不安に感じます。入力欄ではセキュリティコードも含めて入力した後に保存ボタンを押すためです。セキュリティコードは保存してはダメな情報です。注文後即削除しましたが、本当に大丈夫なのか心配になります。サーバ上に残してたりしませんか？ 2024/12/21 追記 以前のレビューの通りクレジットカードの取り扱いに懸念がある点と、加入中のSMSからの広告案内があまりにも多いので退会済みです。 しかし、サービスから退会しているのにも関わらず、ショートメッセージで案内がくるのはなぜですか。個人情報の取り扱いに不安を感じます。 ONIGO社が規定しているプライバシーポリシーを順守していない運用だと思われます。以下規約の抜粋。 --- 当社所定の方法により本サービスを退会した場合に限り、当社はその収集または利用を停止します。退会手続きはユーザーがマイページから申し込みするものとします。
