Tell us why we have to pay for a payment to be processed WHEN OUR BANK ACCOUNT IS CONNECTED TO THE APP!

Nothing loads! My rent is literally late because the Payment screen wouldn’t load.

standard is $5 or less, this is just a selfish greedy company. it's deeply unfortunate and honest disgusting that this is the only reasonable way for me to pay rent

This app is terrible. It keeps on saying that my account can’t be found but my girlfriend can access hers and we live in the same apartment. Then I clicked on both reset password links and neither one of them work. Thanks to this, I can’t pay my rent whatsoever. I wish I could report you and give you no stars.

Please update the app. its too buggy and slow, not responsive

Needed to pay for my security deposit for my apartment keep trying to do it online and it wasn’t working. I downloaded the app in hope that the website was glitching and I tried to pay through the app and I tried to use Apple Pay and it kept giving me the same problems which was supposedly that my billing address didn’t match my bank records. So it keeps telling me it doesn’t go through and eventually it doesn’t go through for insignificant funds and that surprised me bc I have plenty of money in account. I come to find out the app has charged my card 2 different times for $1200. This is worst app ever whoever made this app made it so bad it shouldn’t be downloadable.

When I try to put my AmEx card in, it tells me there isn’t enough digits…… they say they take American Express but they can’t process them because of this glitch. The rest of the system works well.

Stop letting people who aren’t fit for their jobs make other people’s life difficult. Why protect people who genuinely can’t do their job ? Not okay. People pay rent and struggle to get a basic reply from the management. Maintenance is a joke. Terri is a open racist prejudice against African Americans. So why not report her ? Can’t live up to any aspect of anything she tells you. Just lies and tries to get over. Yorkshire Court should be reported. Report these people. Force them to do right. Stop protecting people who are desperate to cling to a career they aren’t fit for. People pay rent and can’t get general service because of negligence, racism, discrimination, prejudice and more. Very selective. If she’s prejudice or racist towards you she’ll cough when she sees you. But if she sees a white person its hiiii hello how are you ????! Could care less about interactions. If I pay to have something I expect what I paid for. Anything is unreliable with her and she has a ugly attitude towards blacks. African Americans. But let her see a white person and she’ll let them violate every rule imaginable. Why. Just be legit. You choose to be corrupt. So get reported.

RUN DON’T DOWNLOAD IT! As a board member with upgraded access. You can open up files, but you can’t close and go back. You literally have to exit out of the program and load another to see it. do you have a calendar? That’s useless. you have a architectural review that lack so much it’s useless. You can’t scale it you can’t expand it. it won’t work with any of your other programs.

I had too use this app with bungalow they even charge you too make a payment if it’s not too late don’t rent from any place that uses this portal and don’t ever rent from bungalow I made a mistake I rented when I first moved too USA and it was the biggest mistake I made they don’t have that much difference than scammers
