Great experience with the app

I love the sequence of the menu, easy bill pay, and transparent activity data.

Confusing and difficult to use for a very tech savvy person. Constantly on the phone trying to make payments go through. There is always a glitch. Worst banking app I’ve ever used

The app works for me. Don’t change it.

It would be a huge help if all checks, deposited into the bank or through the online app into our account, could be viewed just like the images of the checks we write. Often times we would like to refer to them. It would help if we could simply see all activities, it’s hard to navigate the app

Use it to manage my accounts. Very easy to maneuver. Nice to be able to watch your accounts from any illegal activity. Feel safe

I think that if you used a section for “guides for people over 55” would help.

Pretty sure this app isn't wcag compliant. It's tricky to navigate and involves extra taps all over the place. I especially miss the credit card payment screen autofilling the pay amount but now I have to type it in manually every time.

Easy to transfer and check balance. Nice to have statements online. F. I like what your team is doing in community outreach. School kids and holiday programs . F
