I am currently on Maternity Leave so have limited money so I couldn’t pay for the app until my next maternity pay came in. I started logging situations where my baby and I were unsafe as evidence, but the app then logged me out and as I hadn’t properly subscribed- deleted all my evidence. I’ve since emailed a few times and they are insistent that all my information is lost. They have encouraged me to remember the information and input it, but I won’t be able to remember a lot. The app is a good idea, but if you don’t have the money, maybe try a different app. The biggest mistake I made was putting my information into this app as now I have no evidence.

This is an excellent app and I am so pleased to have found it. I have been logging information almost daily, it’s easy to use and does what it promises. Well done, just what I have been waiting for!

Great so far - allows autonomy over your own legal matters. Perfect for anyone involved in a drawn out process.

This app has provided me with the structure and framework to keep good records during difficult times in my personal life. Major and stressful life events tend to make me more chaotic which is really unhelpful when you need to make sure you’re record keeping effectively. This app gets me back on track, which in turn means I work better with professionals and am more likely to get the outcome I want in a timely way.

I thought the old version of this app was good but this new one is brilliant. I’ve been keeping records in a family court case where false allegations are being made about me. I keep a record of every contact I have with my kids and every interaction with my ex. So when my lawyer gets a letter to say what I’m supposed to have done or not done, the lawyer can see what I’ve recorded. When I was accused of being an hour late for contact I had my record showing me in the road outside 15 minutes early. When I was accused of not turning up at all (when in fact my ex had taken the kids out for the day to avoid me) I could prove I was at the house early and waited for two hours in case they came home. My lawyer treats me differently now I can show what’s really happening. I feel more supported as a result. And best of all my mental health has improved as I don’t feel so helpless in the face of all the lies. The subscription is a small price to pay for peace of mind. I’d recommend this app to anyone in similar circumstances to me.

I have yet to test the functionality out, but it’s a great idea!

I’m delighted with this app helping me to gather and organise evidence about a family court problem. It helps me to explain what’s been happening and to understand the extent of the problem which is worse than I thought. I don’t have to keep contacting my lawyer to update him at great cost. He can check out my records and see them. I have the events in chronological order and can keep recording as more happens. The subscription isn’t crippling and its saving me some legal costs. A real help.

Unfortunately, this this app isn’t free to use - once downloaded, you can only use the “help” section and cannot test any type of functionality or preview anything the app has to offer. Shame, there isn’t enough incentive for me to spend 9.99 a month for this.

Was never able to upload any video. No feedback from app as to why this may be. Reading response from developer in other review maybe it was because the video was too large? Ok but how would a user know this? It’s a shame you can’t transfer data from the old app to the new..all it is is a simple spread sheet ..why not? Anyhow thanks for developing this. I appreciate this was a free app. The intention behind its development is noble - thank you.

Trying to use, however, when upload a photo , it doesn’t show up and the app closes. Too slow. Not straight forward.
