Not manager friendly
As a manager, this new scheduling app is extremely difficult to use. I am unable to see the actual staff schedule—only call-offs and open shifts appear. I also cannot send messages through the app, which limits communication with my team. I have no idea what the app looks like from my staff’s perspective, but from a management standpoint, it is not functional. Without the ability to view schedules or communicate effectively, the app does not support the needs of leadership or operations. Update 9/30/2025: I was able to locate the section where staff schedules are displayed, which is helpful for navigation. However, I am currently able to view schedules from other departments in addition to my own. For efficiency and improved time management, it would be more beneficial if the system were limited to displaying only my department’s schedule, reducing unnecessary scrolling and ensuring focus on the relevant team.
