UPDATE: Basic useful features are only available if you pay a fee. I am being flooded with bid requests from numerous sites as a result of signing up for this app. Disappointing is the best thing I can say! Have only been using the app for 2 wks. Not really ready to review it but the app keeps begging me everyday to give it a review so OK!!! It's easy to get going in a "single user" mode. Easy to create tasks, folders, projects, items on a punch list etc. Assigning resources, priorities, due dates, could not be easier. I am currently testing this app to manage projects I assign to others to make sure I fully understand how to best utilize the app before inflicting it on tech resistant people. The challenge I am having is determining how to best utilize the features to easily keep track of multiple projects, tasks, etc. In some cases I think I've created multiple individual punch lists as items rather than creating a single punch list with multiple items. This might seem like a "Well no wonder!" issue but I just jumped into using the app as a person not inclined to be bothered with distractions like instructions like 99% of the guys who get things done are likely to do when they use the app. So far my results have been less than stellar but I'm not sure that has anything to do with the app. The next phase is to figure out why it is that I'm confused. Is it my lack of understand of the elements of a project or is it because the app needs tweaking or am I going to have spend more time studying the organization of the features of the app. I'll then know what kind of training (much more than "here use this" is not good) and what the learning curve is going to be. I think the app has the goods but I wonder how challenging it will be to implement.
Currently can't work offline. Can't delete projects. Very database-esque, the GUI could use a facelift Has potential.
This is a great app. It has made it really easy to share info with my team.
Percent complete for issues was the one thing I'd been hoping for in Punchlist. Very useful app.
Any fix for this?
I am so excited to see an app for my punch lists. I have been using the notes on my phone and then writing up reports when I'm back at the office. This app has already saved me so much time since I can just do everything straight from my phone with Internet connection. Loving it!
Finally
As advertised, it lets you create and manage punch lists for your jobs. Works way better than trying to jerry rig a todo list a todo list app LOL. Request: add it as a ConstructionOnline pro feature so I can see these on my desktop.
