If you choose to subscribe, you will be charged a per month subscription fee according to your country. The subscription fee will be shown in the app before you complete the payment. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

Don’t waste your money.

You can’t save a group of lights so each time you wish to start a light show you need to recreate the group of lights.

Issues when connecting to bridges

I should qualify by saying I’m currently running four Hue bridges; the app is stuck in an endless loop trying to connect to any of them, meaning that nothing will run. There doesn’t seem to be an option to delete bridges and re-add them (at least I haven’t been able to find it). In fairness, when the app does work (which is super rare recently), the scenes are great, although somewhat expensive when compared to other apps. However, if the app has trouble connecting / switching between bridges, it is unreliable and not fit for purpose from my perspective. I really want this app to work properly; hopefully the next update will squash some bugs…

Amazing, apart from the cost

Honestly, could not fault APP. as works every single time, even at other people’s homes is it easy to set up and looks fantastic The only thing I wish was that was a lot more affordable or if there was an option to purchase a smaller subscription

No good for Lifx anymore

Been using this app for years with my lifx with no issues, spend a lot of money buying the various themes but it no longer works at all. Keeps wanting to search for the “bridge” bit as lifx doesn’t have one so it won’t connect to my lights anymore. If you have lifx don’t bother downloading this app. What a waste of of money.

Preferred app...

... for managing Hue lights due to its simplicity of operation. But making Favourites a premium-only function is bordering on criminal. ~$40 of purchases should entitle the user to be able to place their usable options within easy reach.

I don’t write App Reviews

I don’t normally write app reviews but I have made an exception with this app due to the quality. I must say I love being able to tell Siri “movie” and than the lights dim to off then “End Movie” and the lights fade on. Great job to the developer and check out the fireworks too lots of fun easy five stars. The jazz club is also great to chill out to.

Easy to use application with a range of built in color loops and strobe effects. Good to use for providing contrast to Movies/TV.

Great app, only missing automation.

Love this app, moved my control over to the one app, does everything... except automation in the background. Would like to see this implemented into this app. Settings perhaps having choice to wake up and go to bed times where custom choice of lighting can occur and same idea with location tacking, so that when you get home you can trigger the lights. Love the app otherwise and have purchased in app extras due to quality.
