Unreliable
My last three snowfalls have yielded me NO service. The app is nice and sleek but I’ve not gotten any response this season save one time. I’m removing the app and pursuing an independent contractor. So disappointed

Parking pad clearing
Wesley did an absolutely amazing job. With all the snow around he cleared my parking pad so well & even widened the approach way from the backlane. Couldn’t be happier with his work!
Snow defeated
I recently sustained a back injury related to shoveling all of this snow. I had heard of onthe step from the news last year, I had downloaded the app at that time but didn’t have to use it as I was able to keep up with the snow. I procrastinated about using this app but needed assistance so I sent along my request on a Tuesday evening, Wednesday at 6a.m. a stepper was shoveling my front walk, he did a fantastic job! I just had my walk shoveled out again after the weekend blizzard great work! Would definitely recommend (already have)
