Not user friendly
I am trying to submit a signature through my mobile and the submit button is nowhere on the screen it is such a pain to sign my document for my accountant.

Tellement peu convivial
Cette application est très peu conviviale. Il faut entré les fichiers et non un dossier ce qui oblige à identifier au nom de chaque personne chaque fichiers. De plus, tous les documents des années précédentes sont permis ceux de cette année, il faut faire des tris. Vraiment pas une application qui rend l’impôt facile à faire, long et pénible.
There has to be a better way
I feel like doing my taxes myself would have been less annoying than trying to communicate with my accountant through these apps. I’m super, super comfortable technology and I HATE this app. I hate the website. It’s just stupid. The help is stupid. Not a single screenshot in the online help?! That’s just stupid. I don’t know who designed this, but I worked as a software designer in the financial industry for years, so I know it’s possible to do better. DO BETTER.
Really difficult to upload documents
This app makes it very difficult for uploading documents. It's supposed to be easy, but it took me forever to even figure out where to upload. Then it wouldn't recognize the documents in automatic mode and I had to use manual.
Péssimo desempenho
Aplicado trava diversas vezes, não carrega os documentos que meu contador disponibiliza, as vezes abre e não deixa mudar de tela, péssimo layout de menu. Péssimo desempenho. Constantemente tendo que entrar em contato com suporte pra permitir acesso. Péssima experiência para o cliente. Estou trocando de contabilidade e já pesquisando com a próxima se utiliza onvio. Não sei qual vantagem as empresas viram em usar um sistema tão ruim.
Impossivel enviar arquivos de multiplas contas GDrive
Impossivel de selecionar arquivos de uma outra conta do GDrive. Tenho 3 contas do Gdrive e só consigo selecionar arquivos de uma única. Fico impossibilitado de enviar meus documentos para o departamento financeiro.
Pessimo
O app não fica logado, vc precisa logar toda vez que quiser acessar. Mesmo ativando as notificações push o sistema não envia nenhum tipo de mensagem Pessimo

The app is overall okay, but I can’t create folders in the document sections, and also I can’t copy text in PDF view, also the login every time is not nice

Há necessidade de logar todas as vezes que abre o app. Isso não existe nos dias atuais. Pode melhorar com FaceId ou Digital.
