I ordered over $400 and did not receive anything for over 4 weeks( i live in Melbourne). They don’t have a phone number to contact, so i only can message them from the apps. They responded very slow without any useful information, so I still did not know where my things are.

I have bought numerous items from Oo.com.au, for years and have found it to be a great online store! Easy shopping with all the top names in both fashion, home wares and anything else you can think of! Fast shipping and for me, who must do online shopping as I am disabled, it is great for buying my family presents, birthdays etc with all the top names at great prices. Free, easy returns to a local parcel point. All in all, 5stars!

I love this shopping site. I have never been a fan of online shopping, but this site has challenged my viewpoint. It is fantastic to be introduced to new brands, the prices represent good value and I have been delighted by all my purchases, as has my sister-in-law.

I just love it! Sometime you find really unique style with unbelievable low price that would make your day wow! But it's hard to get it because of timing!!

I purchased two smartwatch which turned out to be faulty. I asked for a refund. For a week they asked to click ohoto take video and what not. And at the end there response was how do we know both the watches are faulty. I asked to visit my home and check themself. And its been more than three weeks and the only thing they are replying is they are in a procesa. I spent 55 dollars for nothing. Never ever purchase from them. They only know how to taie money. There is no after sale service. Worst service ever.
