اسوء تجربة على الاطلاق وية Oodi🤮
تطبيق فاشل جدا مكدرت اثبت ايميلي بالتطبيق بدل (ايميل ما اعرف لمنو ثبته موضف المبيعات من فعل الشريحة وما رجع الي من ثبت الايميل بحسابي) والسبب رمز التاكيد ميوصل للايميل !! وبعد محاولات واتصالات كثيرة وي مركز خدمة الزبائن المتخبط الي ميعرف اي شي عن برنامج oodi وارسال اكثر من بريد للشركة على امل تنحل المشكلة ومنحلت صار اسبوع ولحد الان مع العلم جربت اكثر من تلفون مفاد

Needs more work honestly
The general idea of Oodi is great but the application is where it goes down. Lots of bugs, long loading screens and the app in general is sluggish. Also, the bundles should be customizable way more than the current state. I really like oodi since I switched but many things need much more work.

التطبيق بي خلل ميفتح واتصلت بالدعم يكول من يمنه مابي شي وشغال ؟ انتظرة ربع ساعة يفتح ويكول بي صيانة ليش متبلغون قسم الدعم بي اذا محد يعرف مشكلة الثاني احتاجً افعل الرقم وماكدر اله من خلال التطبيق

1- النت يفصل كل اشوي 2- مركز الدعم سيئ الى ابعد الحدود ومن نخابر شركة زين يكولون المشكله مو يمنه واذا نخابر ع مركز الدعم مال اودي ما ينطون حل نهائياً 3- من اتصل يتأخر يلا يتصل اودي فاشله تماماً
