I feel secure when sleeping and when I leave my house
This app is excellent
Easy to use and reliable works great
Need a return delay function.
Return delay function is missing. If you want to use the keypad, plan on mounting it outside the zone protected by motions. The option of delaying a return in away mode is missing.
Buggy app
When Ooma‘s servers are down, I am unable to switch modes manually. Scheduled mode changes work, but when trying to change modes manually, an error comes up.
Ooma is misleading
Ooma’s website claims they offer a free ‘Monitoring’ plan, but you can’t actually select it in the app (only paid options). 4 customer service reps had no idea how to do this. Ended up sending everything back and going elsewhere.
Crash on the new iPhone 14 Pro
This will not run on Apple 14Pro and the support will not call back or try to fix it! I have called four times with no help only that they will call back in 12 to 48 hours! They never call me back!
Ooma security
Having a problem with staying connected online while being away. I have to call Ooma tech and they reboot the system and all is well. Have had to do it twice since I’ve been away. I was hoping that there would be a way to reboot from the dashboard on my computer but the Tech said they have to do it All in all it has worked flawlessly except for the above mentioned problem. I would still consider it a great deal because the techs we very knowledgeable about the situation and fixed it in no time.
