Ooni Pizza Ovens

Unable to determine how to spend the rewards I earned.

I do not want you given my email or phone number or any other information to everybody in the world.

The pizza didn’t rotate and it’s difficult to try and rotate every 20 seconds or so.

Starting from dough, all recipes here are solid

Not helpful and when trying to contact support I am told there are no times for a scheduled call for two weeks !!!

Overall the app is good. I like the access to recipes and seeing my equipment. However, I am logged in. Why do I need to login again to see my order history? Why can’t the support for request function pull in my details for equipment I already have registered? So annoying that I need to enter ever piece of information when it is already there! It’s like when you apply for a job submit a resume, and then they ask you to input your job history.

This is hard to describe because it is unusual in my lifelong experience as a customer; not of course only as an Ooni customer. But with few other organizations have I felt I had a relationship beyond just a commercial experience. Ooni is different in that this body of clearly dedicated people really care about their customers. They solve problems for me, they listen to concerns and make suggestions, they send along recipes and give advice, they reply briskly, and they stand by their product. My advice would be: join this team!

I had problems with registering my oven. I registered it, then was trying to use the app and was told I needed to register my oven, and then was told that I had already registered my oven.

The app and the oven are a wonderful addition to our household. Dinner couldn’t be easier now! Thanks Ooni!

Doesn’t stay connected. Always have to reconnect. Doesn’t automatically reconnect Would be nice to get push notifications when set temperatures are met. Very basic. Has potential for so much more
