poor internet service very slow wifi the most useless internet service in Myanmar

Now, Ooredoo is trying to steal our money with various ways such as data packages, promotion plans. But, you will never win the prize from the promotion plan because they already planned to steal your money. And also, they are stealing the data usage more than the actual usage.

There’s this activity called “Shake it” that forces the user to shake the phone to get reward. It’s unskippable and I can’t do anything when I go into the activity. I shake, a box opens and the loading is forever. I can’t use this app at the moment. Please fix that. I kept using it despite the app’s junky stuff. I guess I’ll be saying goodbye if it’s not fixed.

Can't open with even using ooredoo internet connection without VPN. What a useless app and shame on operator.

Really Bad Connection and can’t use the internet properly.

Develop an app to make life easier but crashing every seconds and not responding. What a customer service experience.

Not just this app, I meant the whole telecom service as a whole, they can’t even send an OTP code for me to log into the app, I had to delete the app and redownload multiple times to get the code. I wouldn’t be in this corporal realm anymore out of shame if I had developed an app as bad as this, with the backing of a major company no less. They couldn’t send an OTP for me to transfer some bill when I’m using their code in the Phone app too, a whole bunch of clowns, I would give it a 0 star if possible.
