OPA! of Greece

I ordered one pita wrap. It had been 21 minutes so far IN STORE waiting for them to give me my food. Wth.

The staff is so rude. They talk like they are doing a favour on you.

Jazzy music, welcoming atmosphere. My daughter and I, had a comfortable dinner and visit. Great food as always.

I un-subscribe and opt out of emails but then keep coming.

I used the reward app multiple times when purchasing food. However the points never show up.

It would be nice to have 2 of the same protein options when choosing a platter meal. But instead you have to pick 2 options and hope that the staff read the notes to get 2 of the same proteins. Also In store and extra tzatziki is $.35 extra when you order a meal, but no option for this as and extra when ordering a meal. U have to go to the sides option and order the extra tzatziki for full price. Basically, it’s just app adjustments to make it more user-friendly when ordering. Every page options should also offer an additional protein at the bottom as an option or adding aside like an extra potato or extra rice.

I got an online offer for rice bowl, but one get on free. It was very difficult to get even the person taking my order an OPA! Employee had to try more than once. I didn’t like that I had to pay in the app so I had to input my card. Not the best experience.

App is a little over complicated, when creating an account it does not allow the phone to suggest an entry from saved contacts, Apple Pay not working. Look forward to the food though

Two separate times now when I’ve tried to use the app it gives me an error talking about postal code paying with Apple Pay despite checking out as a guest and never entering a postal code. Yet the transaction still shows up on my card. -_- hopefully it goes away but such a shotty checkout system. Just order in person and save the hassle.

I placed the order online and walked into the store. My order was ready 10 minutes after it said it would be and I watched walk in customer who came in after I get there food before me. It shouldn’t take a total of 30 + minutes for Opa food
