It’s a good concept but if you don’t have a good signal you have to keep trying to get it to work. It definitely needs improvement.

I absolutely love this app! Most of the times my hands are full and I’m searching for the card. Now I just use my phone and I can share with family members!! Great job

Would be helped by better instructions
The app is very useful but the Share Key option should be pointed out or highlighted in some way to make this feature more important
Lousy app
We have remove and reinstall the app multiple times a day. It also requires re authorizing additional phones a number of times. Every time you step out and the door shuts you have to use the key again and then start all Over again.

Incredibly annoying
We rented a house that used openkey and several of needed access to the front door lock. The lock kept getting messed up and having to be reset by the front offfice. Each time this was done we were stuck outside for half an hour or more. Idk if it was the apps fault of the management but either way it was an incredibly annoying
