Fantastic resource for those seeking value investing commentary, TraderFerg is great for energy investors

07/12 - most bugs have been fixed now. Please add speed control for video playback. Crux investor is a great platform that provides tremendous value especially in the resource sector. The CEO interviews are invaluable. Ferg’s Undesirable’s is also a great resource with plenty of contrarian themes that encourage intelligent approaches to investing. A lot of market alpha can be generated by properly using the ideas featured on Crux. The app itself is in it’s infancy in terms of features; would be awesome to see the addition of speed control to the videos that doesn’t change the pitch of the sound. However, if this is something that bothers you enough it can be easily solved by logging into the mobile browser version. Also things like a ‘watch/read later’ playlist would be a welcome addition. All in all this is among my top resources when it comes to contrarian investing, particularly in the resource sector. After the generously offered free trial, the small amount you pay relative to the value you receive is an absolute steal. 11/10 it is a must have.

If there was one paid investment service I’d recommend, it would be this. I found Crux Investor through the YouTube channel and have been happily subscribed for the last year. The app has been a fantastic addition to that and has reached the point where it’s extremely easy and convenient to use. As such it really allows the content to shine. In an industry where everyone’s got a hidden agenda, it feels like the team at Crux genuinely want to help you grow as an investor. There’s multiple pieces of content that are must watch or read every week and Crux has gone out of its way to help educate people about the fundamentals of resources so they can be more sophisticated investors. I can’t recommend this enough, just give it a go and you’ll see for yourself.

If you invest in the resources sector then I’d highly recommend signing up to Crux. Crux isn’t only limited to resources although it is heavily weighted to that type of content. The Energy Show is essential viewing for those that want invaluable perspectives on uranium macro plus a detailed exploration of all that goes into running a listed uranium / critical minerals company & progressing a project, plus much more. Ferg’s Undesirables is a personal favourite. Super interesting to learn from Ferg as he goes in depth on his investment process & is super transparent on planning & implementation of his portfolio strategy. The interviews with a wide range of experts with a strong skew towards contrarian energy investing are really informative & thought provoking. Great from an educational perspective & also in terms of providing actionable insights to enhance your investing skills. Much more content too including multiple interviews weekly with CEOs that run the gamut from base to precious metals to energy to critical minerals. Matt & Merlin know their stuff inside out & ask probing questions that leave you far better placed to assess whether companies are investment worthy. An awesome app & amazing value too for what you get. Highly recommended.

So often listen when out walking the dog, driving in the car or having a run. Would love to be able to adjust the playback speed on the app, as you are able to do so on the website. Also, often the content will not resume when you pause and come back to listen at a later stage. Other than those minor things, love the app and content. Thanks

Signing up for Crux has been the best investment education decision I have made. The quality of the analysts, interviewers and contributors is second to none. There are numerous weekly shows covering various topics in resource investing, including battery metals, uranium and rare earths. Also there are series covering geology, junior resource stock investing and in-depth shows with a professional investor. Couldn’t recommend this any higher - simply awesome.
