Produce browsing has disappeared
The menu allowing browsing of produce to buy has been removed, the app only shows recipes now. Such a shame as the original offering was so great but now functionality has been removed for some reason, without warning also. I have been shopping on open taste for ~6 years now so it’s disappointing to see the ability to buy fresh organic items disappear.

Be careful on price match
Bought 1kg cherry @ 29.9 with price match, found CS fresh is selling 454gram @ 6, took photo and ask for price match, customer service come back and say price match doesn’t apply to discounted product ???

Best online grocery for fresh produce
Fresher than supermarket, high quality and the real value. Love it .
Crashing
The app keeps crashing to a point where the moment I open the app it crashes, and it does that repeatedly. I am using an iPhone 13 mini with latest iOS 15 but the app so far is unusable.
Bad product quality
Product quality : I would give them minus star if I could Customer service: slow respond Pricing: Expensive. Delivery: standard. Overall, I won’t be buying from OpenTaste anymore.
