Not very happy about this as I get news about where I used to live and find out what’s going on!

I just wanted a news app that would compile the important things that are going on in the world. Instead, I’m getting puff pieces about the royal family and why I should be concerned if my faeces looks a certain way. I will not be coming back.

I have this app for more than a year and really wanted to like it. However, each time it sends an interesting news article as a notification and I click it, it just leads me to the homepage with the article nowhere inside. It doesn’t even show that notification anymore, in the notification section of the app, which makes me believe that it was just click bait to open the app. I tried to live with it for around a year, hoping it would be fixed and must be a bug, but now I’ve given up and uninstalled the app.

Like most mainstream news media companies the one purpose is to scare monger people with 100% depressing and negative news. For this reason and being at the helm of receiving continuous negative news I give this app one star

Bad new you tell to many scare mongering stories I will delete your app no longer wanna be with you as my anxiety is through the roof bye bye

The First thing you notice is that when you select your Area location for Local,in my case London you still get flooded with news from all city’s across the UK,No matter how many times you reset your area you will get fed uk wide,Also the Inbox’s for messages and stories “You can’t empty them, just keep stacking up going back from when you installed,Just needs a bit of work,Other than that it’s a Good News App.
