There are certain times of day that are the best time to check in, allowing us customize your intervention based on what might be most helpful at this particular point.

using this app several times a day has become my most successful new year's resolution! Just a quick check in to assess my State of Self and I can circumvent a potential emotional storm, burnout or avoidance.
