Optimalprint: Photo Products

I downloaded this app and spend 4 hours to create an album. I saved it to drafts and then when I try to come back to it in 5 days there was nothing in my drafts. Such a waste of time. Do not recommend this app.

I like the app, but it has some problems when editing the text, the check button cannot be pressed. I have a iPhone 14 pro. I had to do it numerous times to get it to work. And I keep getting back in and have the same problem. Also, adding new photos can only be selected when you first open the app. After that, if we want to add more, the select more photos can only select the photos you have already selected when you first open the app, but not from your phone. Also, I tried to add the completed work into the cart to check out, somehow, it does not allow to select the type of paper or even go further. I’m not sure what is the problem. I went back to the online version and it works well and much better. I think the app still needed improvement.

I am always a happy costumer here since 2019. I keep on ordering different kinds of products from them because the print is really good. And I will definitely consider ordering again. Good quality and the items are packed and delivered nicely. Also it is not pricey when you grab the deals.

I downloaded the optimal print app and loved how convenient it was to preview and change everything. Fantastic.

It was certainly an experience but after trying a few times, I managed to collect photos from a prepared album on my phone and insert them in the book in the order that I chose them. This is most important when you choose the photos. I look forward to receiving my book. Not as expensive as previously experienced with other companies.

Love love love this app. The quality is superb and easy to navigate. Not the first photo book and won’t be the last!

I found glitches when formatting my photo book and when it came time to submit order, it was still charging me for shipping despite me trying to pay for the 12 month subscription. I thought I had bought the subscription and then submitted a second order. Price kept changing and so did my shipping price when trying to send to another address (1km up the road). I found it extremely frustrating the whole inconsistency at check out coupled with the glitches and for this I have to rate the user experience below average as I could have easily given up and taken my business elsewhere.

I made 3 photo books and had such an awesome experience. Was so excited about an easy to use app to make a whole library of affordable matching photo books. Then when I started making book number 4 it crashed constantly while I was trying to select the photos and get started. VERY annoyed!!!
