Poorly Handled Invoicing
For those running business: We have been happy optisign customers for an incredibly long time. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product they offer. The problem came when I received 9 invoices for 9 months with a super sub 150 dollar charge. Phone support advised this was a bug in their payment processing. I now have to go back to review payments made or not made to optisign and due to their mishandling of internal financials and invoicing, we decided it was best we find another company. Watch your money and watch out for surprise invoices.
