Your app doesn’t work at all. Tried to log in but there is no paste option. So i had to write down the whole big user id, couldn’t paste. Then used the password to log in but didn’t work. Kept giving me error that log in credentials are not right. I used the web and able to sign in. Such a ridiculous app you built.
Opening Screen
Every time I open the app it goes to messages, I then have to click the three horizontal lines and go to dial pad before I can make a call … every time I want to make a call - is there a way to set the app up so when I open the app it goes straight to the dial pad so I can make calls. It’s very frustrating having to repeat the process for every single call.
Terrible connection
This app is absolutely terrible. It is so glitchy. Has trouble connecting. Has delays connecting. It is so frustrating to use and makes working remote from the office impossible!
Even in the office on the landline the Optus loop is terrible and people can often not be heard on the line and calls drop etc.
Errors with new version
An upgrade for this has just been released (end of Oct 2020) but there are errors to this upgrade. A call is received and all staff logged into this app get the call on their mobile but when someone picks up the call the ringing doesn’t stop on the other phones.
Amazing
All our staff have been able to work from home without a glitch as they can all answer calls via this app. We are in regional NSW
Awful on new update
This new update is not user friendly. You have no option to stop calls on your mobile phone when you are using a landline phone through Optus loop. Every call that comes through on my work phone (landline) comes through to my mobile phone. All calls made to my personal iPhone, gets logged into Optus loop too. This is so stupid and frustrating. Had I known this before, I would not have updated the app. I also tried deleting the app on my phone and I still get work calls coming through to my phone. Please fix this ASAP.
In the Loop
Will be a great system when it eventually works properly. Set up in the rep portal is clunky, determining system status is difficult and base level reporting is frustratingly complex. Very difficult to run diagnostics on mobile clients. No WiFi to 4G transition, calls simply drop off.
Lots of glitches
The App logs you out sporadically for no good reason, so you can miss business calls coming through.
The desktop version Call History doesn’t always come up.
Listening to messages is not easy or clear.
Many other frustrating points about this App.
Total garbage
No user guides to show you how to use the app and configure the call settings once you’ve logged in. Constantly telling me that Remote Office has been automatically disabled. Why?!?! One staff member’s app diverts to her mobile’s personal voicemail, another’s diverts to the Loop voicemail. Settings are the same. Phone still rings when logged out of the app. F$&@ing ridiculous. I spend most of my day getting friends to call our number to check if it’s actually working. Costing my business money!
True 21st century capability
Wow, now we have hit the 21st Century in communications. Now we have the freedom to answer our phones anywhere, make calls using this app and have it come from the office number.
