The app is ok besides the fact that I have to use an iPhone app on my iPad.

I think this is a terrific app however, the only thing I find to be somewhat annoying is that you have to log in and then log out and then log again for the facial recognition to work. Otherwise it’s fine. Thank you.

App fail
This app has been having issues. I’m unable to log into my account to pay my bill or view my balance.. it’s been months now with issues…I just now deleted it…because when I open it, it’s frozen not loading, not going anywhere, not doing anything..
Usage Tab NEVER Works
The Usage tab on the app just continuously loads and never works. The app is basically just good for paying your bill and reporting outages.
O&R is Great!
Great app that is intuitive and easy to manage multiple properties. And allows you to easily select your desired payment amount. Highly recommend!
Was great when it worked
Now it’s “something went wrong” every time I try and do anything.
